Being yourself in the industry

Being a model and actor is a big deal! The fact that so many people rely only on an IPHONE camera is CRAZY! No creative direction, concepts, or critical thinking from someone else can definitely ruin ones portfolio.

Speaking from experience - have others help you. It makes it all easier; especially when building a portfolio that goes to agencies and companies that have interest in working with you.

Most models do not get the proper exposure because they do not have the work behind their face. Potential can only take one so far. But the portfolio is which one has shows prospectors why you are the candidate for the job. Think of a resume! A portfolio of concepts, ideas, and creativity is the same thing in the media industry.
